Misleading as to what you actually end up paying and always make mistakes with direct debit payments.

General Comments
I was insured with Kwik Fit for 5 years and also got my breakdown cover off them, I paid monthly by direct debit all was ok until I cancelled the breakdown cover or at least I tried to but they kept debiting my account for it even after numerous expensive phone calls. So the only thing I could think of doing was stopping the direct debit this was a mistake I admit but I only did it to make them stop taking more money than they were supposed to. Now they wont issue me with my no claims for the 5 years I was insured with them or even the previous 4 years when my policy was paid in full, seems unfair to me as they will not even acknowledge that they made mistakes with my direct debit payments I am now with the RAC for my insurance and breakdown cover and will never deal with kwik fit again.
